How can I tell if an item is in stock?
We stock many items in our New Jersey warehouse. The stock status for each product is indicated directly on its product page. Items that are available for immediate shipment are labeled as “In Stock.” Any backorder or special order items will include an estimated shipping window.
Can I pay with more than one method of payment?
Our system can only process one form of payment per transaction. If you’d like to split your payment between multiple credit cards or use major credit card gift cards, we recommend purchasing Bambi Baby Gift Cards. These can be used in multiples alongside a credit card payment during checkout.
Can I purchase online and pick up in store?
While many popular items are stocked in our store locations, inventory can vary by location. If you need an item quickly, we recommend calling your local store directly for a stock check or reaching out to our customer service team to confirm if in-store pickup is available.

Why is REDO added to my order?
REDO Free Returns + Package Protection is an optional add-on at checkout. This service provides shipping protection and free return labels for eligible orders. It is not mandatory and can be declined, though it is highly recommended.
How can I check the status of my order?
To check your order status, log into your account and click on the order. Updates will be provided as the order is processed and shipped. Shipping notifications are emailed to the address associated with the order once it ships.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Transit time will vary depending on the distance from our warehouse to your shipping address. For more details on shipping times and methods, please refer to our Shipping Page.
I didn’t receive my order confirmation.
Order confirmations are sent immediately to the email address associated with your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll be happy to resend it.
What is Bambi Baby’s return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unopened items within 60 days of purchase, in accordance with our return policy. Please review our full return policy >>> here.

Does Bambi Baby install car seats?
Yes! We offer car seat installation services for car seats purchased from Bambi Baby at our Coral Gables, FL and Paramus, NJ locations. No appointment is needed—just walk in.
Do all Bambi Baby store locations carry the same products?
All of our stores feature a wide assortment of furniture and baby gear, representing the full range of products available online from our premium brand partners. However, inventory may vary by location.
Do I need an appointment for an in-store consultation?
No appointment is necessary! Our knowledgeable team is ready to assist you at all of our store locations. If you plan to visit on a weekend, please be aware that stores can be busy. While we strive to provide one-on-one support, weekend consultations often take place in a group setting. For a more personalized, one-on-one experience, we recommend visiting during the week.
I can’t make it into a store. How can I see the products before purchasing?

Does the furniture sold at Bambi Baby come fully assembled?
Most of the dressers, nightstands and chests sold at Bambi Baby do come fully assembled. Pieces that require assembly are listed as RTA (ready to be assembled.) All cribs do require assembly and can not be shipped assembled.

Does Bambi Baby offer warranty assurance?
Yes. Bambi Baby is an authorized distributor for all the products we carry, which means every item includes the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms and conditions are set by each individual manufacturer.
Where can I work with Enelio?
Enelio loves connecting with families in all of our store locations and makes frequent trips to our Coral Gables, FL store. On Saturdays, you’ll typically find him in Paramus, NJ, and on Sundays, he’s usually at either our Middletown, NJ or Melville, NY (Long Island) store.
